Campaign material from other markets was pulling hundreds of millions of views, and the local KPIs reflected that ambition — match the global viral standard, localize it for Turkish students, and turn attention into app installs during exam season.
We assembled a 15-creator, education-focused campaign that spoke the way Turkish students actually talk about school. Instead of translating global formats, we rebuilt them — local exam culture, local humor, local late-night study panic.
